Connecticut Center for Arts and Technology, ConnCAT, is a 501(c) 3 organization established to provide job training to unemployed and underemployed adults. ConnCAT is an affiliate of National Center for Arts & Technology (NCAT). An after-school Youth Arts program will be added in September of 2012.
