In March 2020, the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven commissioned the implementation of an evaluation and assessment of ConnCAT programs by Dr. Bruce Jones, Professor of Political Science at Howard University.  The evaluation and assessment provides a report on the overall impact of ConnCAT on individual and institutional beneficiaries of ConnCAT programming since it’s founding in 2011.
