After graduating as valedictorian of his cohort, Reaves worked at Bar Bouchee, a 5-star French Bistro in Madison, CT, adding three original desserts to their menu. He is now the Sous Chef for Aegis Gardens Assisted Living located in Newcastle, Washington.
